 Prenatal
Elective Limited Diagnostic Ultrasound Services
We
provide prenatal elective limited
diagnostic 3D, 4D reassurance
scans to those expectant mothers who are currently receiving prenatal
care and have already undergone their second trimester diagnostic
ultrasound. We recommend having a 3D, 4D ultrasound performed after the
25th week of pregnancy, and the 28th week for our fuller-figured
mothers. We offer images and video of your session and as
always gender determination is by request only. Because elective scans
are not covered by insurance, we have put together numerous sessions to
fit the needs of just about everyone.

We
offer Level One diagnostic services performed through an order from
your healthcare provider. We
also provide our services to many other expectant families desiring to
complete their ultrasound at a more family-centered, patient-focused
environment. We offer complimentary images of your session,
and as always gender determination is by request only. We accept many
insurance plans; please call our office to see if we are a provider for
your plan.

Ultrasound Prices
The

highly trained and skilled
technologists that perform our full
diagnostic scans are also proficient in the art of 3D/4D ultrasounds as
well. Our Elective Limited Diagnostic Ultrasound Sessions are designed
to provide reassurance scans for those expectant mothers who are
currently receiving prenatal care, and have undergone their second
trimester diagnostic ultrasound. We have designed our sessions to fit
nearly all budgets including our 2D Gender Check ultrasound as well as
the very popular 3D/4D ultrasound sessions. We require notification
from your healthcare provider; please call our office for more
information.

Platinum Plus 4D Package: $335
Our Platinum Plus package provides you with the very best opportunity
to capture 3D and 4D images of your baby throughout your pregnancy.
With our Platinum Plus package you will receive two 3D/4D ultrasounds.
The first will take place between the 24th and 28th week of pregnancy,
this is the optimal time for visualizing fetal movement and capturing
images of large portions of your baby.
The second appointment will take place between 32 and 35 weeks. During
this ultrasound we can capture extraordinary 3D and 4D images of your
baby's facial features and give you the opportunity to see how much
your baby has grown.

Please
note: Women seeking an elective prenatal ultrasound with Sacramento
Imaging must already be receiving treatment with a healthcare
provider for prenatal care and have already undergone a medical,
diagnostic ultrasound ordered by their provider to confirm their due
date, screen for fetal anomalies, and to look for any other pregnancy
related issues.
Sacramento
Imaging requires direct written authorization from your healthcare
provider prior to the performance of any ultrasound procedure. During
the elective prenatal ultrasound session, we will be conducting a
limited diagnostic scan to confirm heartbeat, the number of babies in
the pregnancy, the position of the baby, and the placental location.
Please note, at no time is this exam to be used in place of a
complete diagnostic ultrasound.
